Key Responsibilities
Assist Store Manager with all store operations
Recruit and nurture store crew
Provide feedback to motivate employees
Create employee schedules
Manage inventory from ordering to stocking
Maintain a clean and safe store environment
Handle key financial aspects
Fill in for Store Manager when needed
Required Qualifications
18 years of age or older (21 for some states)
Valid driver's license
Access to a car or motorized vehicle
Liability insurance on vehicle
Fluent in English
Basic math skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
