Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of new account desks and teller areas
Coach associates and create schedules
Direct activities of branch associates for customer service
Monitor and coach staff on performance and goals
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle customer concerns and escalate as needed
Assist in recruitment and training of branch staff
Complete new accounts and teller activities
Complete quarterly unit assessments and ensure adherence to guidelines
Travel up to 10% to cover other local branches
Required Qualifications
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with high accuracy
Thorough knowledge of bank operations and regulations

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
Minimum of two years banking experience
