Key Responsibilities
Facilitate a safe and secure environment for patients/residents
Maintain clear communication between the needs of the patient/resident and the RN
Complete duties delegated by the RN for the shift
Maintain a safe, hazard-free, clean environment for patient/resident focused care
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of Caring Reliably, Culinary Training, ServSafe, and Dining Assistance within four months of hire
Completed training as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
6 months of experience as a nurse aide, nursing assistant or personal care attendant in long term care or hospital
