Manager, Radiology - Imaging

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's radiology operations and performance.
• Assure that radiology meets its mission.
• Provide high quality radiologic studies and reporting results in a time frame which adheres to national benchmarks.
• Maintain appropriate inter-organizational relationships.
• Act as liaison for radiology and other departments.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate all Radiology personnel.
• Plan, manage and monitor the annual radiology operating, statistical and capital budgets.
• Read, interpret and implement all regulations and laws that apply to providing radiology services.
• Review and monitor Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions.
