Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide therapy to improve communication skills and swallowing abilities
Educate patients and their families about disorders and therapy techniques
Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations and treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current, valid state SLP licensure
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
Current valid CPR certification
