Job Description

Join Staples as an Assistant Partnership Manager to enhance collaboration with buying groups and drive sales growth. This role emphasizes effective communication, marketing initiatives, and contract support, contributing to the success of Quill's business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with external buying group partners
  • Manage vendor portals and update content regularly
  • Partner with marketing channels to promote Quill offerings
  • Serve as primary contact for contract support and new member onboarding
  • Train sales teams on buying group updates and awareness
  • Support conference setup and collateral preparation
  • Audit Quill landing pages for current information
  • Assist pricing team with annual updates and sales collateral
  • Support Quill acquisition sales channels with large buying group initiatives
  • Attend and support conferences as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Adaptable to change and a fast-paced organization
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with both external and internal teams
  • Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
  • Office 365 and Adobe proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic Marketing experience
  • Strong sales process and methodology
