Key Responsibilities
Accountable for overall management and leadership of the unit

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in BSN or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within two years
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association
3 years of recent experience in related clinical area of nursing
Must meet criteria of Registered Nurse
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
1 year of first-line management experience
