Job Description
Join Phoebe Ministries as a Business Office Manager and play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of residents. You'll engage with families, manage accounts receivable, and provide exceptional customer service in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with residents and families to educate them about insurance coverage and costs.
Reconcile daily census for all residents and verify insurance coverage.
Generate monthly bills for residents and manage private pay and cash receipts.
Complete risk assessments for Medicaid eligibility and financial updates.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of Skilled Nursing Accounts Receivable experience
Ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
Preferred Qualifications
College degree in business, healthcare management or related field
