Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthening relationships with key clients
  • Supervising a team of roughly 30 people
  • Designing strategic research for clients
  • Managing financial targets and profitability of the Agency practice
  • Collaborating with Commercial leads for business growth
  • Leading team and enhancing client engagement

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business management, or economics
  • 12-15+ years of custom market research design experience
  • Experience crafting study designs for strategic research projects
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using research & analytics to advise brand management
  • Expertise in translating client business requirements into solutions
  • Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience handling large teams
