Key Responsibilities
Strengthening relationships with key clients
Supervising a team of roughly 30 people
Designing strategic research for clients
Managing financial targets and profitability of the Agency practice
Collaborating with Commercial leads for business growth
Leading team and enhancing client engagement
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in marketing, business management, or economics
12-15+ years of custom market research design experience
Experience crafting study designs for strategic research projects
Strong client service orientation
Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using research & analytics to advise brand management
Expertise in translating client business requirements into solutions
Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience handling large teams
