Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients
Accurate and efficient pre-registration of patients by updating demographic and insurance information
Ensure excellent customer service over the phone or in person
Meet department defined productivity and audit goals
Escalate outstanding needs to department leadership
Required Qualifications
6+ months of experience in an office setting or customer service
Ability to work full-time between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday
18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of registration experience in a hospital or medical setting
Understanding of medical terminology
Working knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
Previously worked for Northern Light Health
