Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy services

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy
Alaska Occupational Therapist License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

2 years of experience in subspecialty
