Key Responsibilities
Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors
Managing external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
Providing community information to support marketing and sales efforts
Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail, and deliveries
Required Qualifications
Prior customer service experience
Prior clerical/administrative work experience
Computer skills (Microsoft Suite, desktop publishing, internet applications)
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability including evenings, weekends & holidays
