The Director of Local Sales will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales initiatives within the region. This leadership position is responsible for enhancing customer experience and achieving financial goals through effective team management and performance coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Lead District Sales Managers and sales associates to service local customers and deliver financial plans
Coach, train, and manage performance of associates
Facilitate collaborative team selling culture
Direct Customer Engagement efforts
Leverage Sysco’s CRM tool for sales management
Manage conversion opportunities and develop sales budgets
Represent Sysco at community and business meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education level
5+ years leading a B2B sales team in a professional sales environment with demonstrated success

Ability to lead a team of high performing district sales managers
