Join The Jewish Board as a Program Coordinator to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. You'll oversee resident placements and ensure compliance with regulations, while collaborating with a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate resident movement/placements
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CARF regulations
Conduct chart and documentation reviews
Develop and implement Plans of Corrective Action (POCA)
Track incidents and ensure timely follow-up
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and resident transitions
Facilitate meetings and communication with stakeholders
Assist with emergency situations and provide coverage for vacant positions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field or advanced certification in healthcare management, administration or quality improvement
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the intellectually disabled population
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory, compliance or quality role
Knowledge of OPWDD and DOH regulations
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Hebrew, Yiddish or Russian-speaking
