Key Responsibilities
Explain procedures to patients and guardians
Perform imaging procedures according to protocols
Adjust technical parameters for optimal imaging
Operate and maintain imaging equipment
Prepare examination rooms
Check physician orders and exam requisitions
Maintain certifications and perform tasks assigned by supervisor
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
BCLS certification
ARRT or ARDMS certification with two certifications upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate of an AMA approved Ultrasound Program
Associate’s Degree
2 years clinical experience in a hospital radiology
ARDMS BR and OB certification
