Key Responsibilities
Responsible for light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks
Ensure tools are kept out of the reach of children in patient areas
Perform installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems
Maintain campus grounds and perform outside maintenance duties
General duties include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and bed repair
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of two years experience in building systems preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge
Good written and oral communications skills
Preferred Qualifications
Trade school or vocational school preferred
Ability to work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Valid driver's license and a good driving record may be required
