Key Responsibilities
Apply actuarial methodologies to complete structured projects
Build tools to improve accuracy in actuarial analysis
Identify and improve existing processes
Resolve technical issues and assist with troubleshooting
Create instructions and training materials
Mentor new team members
Provide actionable insights to solve business problems
Communicate insights to diverse audiences
Manage risks associated with business activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience
2 years of Actuarial or analytical business experience
3 Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) exams
Experience with actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools and software
Preferred Qualifications
P&C Pricing/Reserving/Catastrophe or Analysis experience
Experience working within three lines of defense model risk management framework
Experience with Igloo or Snowflake
