Position Description

• Position Title: LPNT East Travel - RN: ER (7P-7A) Haywood Reg Clyde, NC
• Position Type: Travel
• Years Experience: 2-3
• Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM Nights
• This is a travel position with a commitment of 36 guaranteed weekly hours.
• Every other weekend is scheduled unless the person working opposite is designated as a weekender.
• Orientation is bi-weekly.
• Facility Name: Haywood Regional Medical Center
• Department: Emergency Department (ED)
• Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIH Stroke
• Experience Required: 2-3 years in Emergency Department, 1 year travel experience
• Patient Population: Primarily geriatric and adult, some pediatric
• Patient Ratios: 1:4
• Electronic Health Record: ED Paragon
• Dress Code: Navy Blue scrubs; HRMC t-shirts
• Unacceptable Attire: Hoodie sweatshirts
• Additional Notes: Self scheduling in an app called When to Work

Must Have Skills/Experience

• Ability to efficiently and safely care for a team of patients regardless of acuity
• Ability to recognize changes in patient status and confidently act accordingly
