Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent service within the call center for retirement savings accounts
Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales
Communicate critical plan updates and changes
Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals
Process general account changes upon customer direction
Train and study to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or higher
At least one year of customer service experience or two or more years of customer service experience
Availability to work a 40-hour work week, outside of traditional business hours
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Financial Services or call center experience
FINRA series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure
Attention to detail and ability to learn financial industry policies
