Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN CDU - Clinical Decision Unit Level I for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.
RN - CLINICAL DECISION UNIT
Summary of Qualifications:
Observes, assesses and reports on the condition of patients. Maintains accurate and timely documentation of care reflecting patient's condition, treatment and response to care.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation)
Current regisitered nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
Current BLS AND ACLS from the AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION ONLY for the healthcare provider certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Med/Surg or cardiac experience
Previous LPN experience accepted
Physical Requirements:
May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently throughout the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. Vision must be in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hearting must be in the normal audio range with or without correction. Ability to push/pull up to 500 pounds with assistance. Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids. Requires exposure to chemicals and cleaning products.
