Key Responsibilities
Monitor health conditions of individuals served and ensure quality services
Administer medications and provide documentation
Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services
Conduct assessments and implement health care services
Provide training to staff on various topics
Serve as liaison with other medical and professional service providers
Provide training for individuals on self-medication and health topics
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in Nursing or related field
One year of experience in nursing
Current state LPN or LVN licensure
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Certifications as required by state licensing regulations (e.g., CPR/FA, HIV/AIDS certification, BBP, ACT training)
Effective communication skills
