Job Description
Join AMR as a Paramedic and deliver high-quality medical care with compassion and professionalism. This full-time position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to make a significant impact in emergency services.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize medical equipment and procedures to provide advanced medical care
Drive the ambulance and provide map reading support
Continuously maintain all required certifications
Communicate with dispatcher to understand call data
Monitor and maintain the general condition of the unit
Document activities regarding patient care and billing
Follow policies regarding out-of-chute and turnaround times
Consider patient status when determining transportation destinations
Work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Current state Paramedic License
Valid State Driver’s License
Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS or PEPP, BTLS or PHTLS Provider Certification
Driving record in compliance with AMR Safety and Driving policy
