  • Patient Diagnoses:

    Will be required to float to all Critical Care Units or to MS or Low Level Monitoring if needed. ICU ratio 1-2 or 3 and MS and LLM ratio up to 4.

    Shock Management will be for medication management.

    Various Anticoagulation (protocols) per unit/diagnosis

  • Special Procedures/Unit Details:

    There are 7 ICUs at LVHN Cedar Crest.

    2K MICU/SICU: 32 bed medical-surgical ICU
    2KS: 12 bed medical-surgical ICU
    OHU: 11 bed Open Heart Unit, surgical cardiac
    CICU: 14 bed Cardiac ICU, medical cardiac
    TNICU: 14 bed Trauma/Neuro ICU
    NSICU: 14 bed Neuroscience ICU
    Burn: 18 beds, mixed acuity
  • Special Equipment:

    Must have diverse experience.

    Facility size is 981

    experience from large teaching facility, not LTACH or critical access hospital

    Excellent facility to work per other travelers plus have had many convert to staff.
