Key Responsibilities

Assist and consult with customers on products and services
Provide product demonstrations to educate customers
Achieve sales and customer experience goals
Conduct comprehensive customer onboarding activities
Perform operational and administrative tasks
Partner with customer care to resolve issues
Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism
Comply with company and retail operational policies
Complete training requirements and participate in team huddles
Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Lift up to 25-pound boxes and move about the store

Required Qualifications
