Job Description
Join Delaware North as a full-time Surveillance Officer at Wheeling Island Casino, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of guests and team members through effective monitoring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor all areas of the property, including gaming and cage activity
Produce written reports on observed violations and illegal activity
Ensure that all cameras and computer systems are operational
Ensure compliance with state racing and gaming regulations
Comply with confidentiality regulations regarding surveillance information
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year related experience preferred
Able to obtain and maintain state gaming license
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and record keeping
Basic knowledge and/or training in investigations
