Job Description
Join Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett as a Full-Time RN in the ICU, providing compassionate care and support to patients while leading a dedicated team. This position allows you to enhance your nursing skills in a dynamic environment focused on quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical patient care
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients
Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
Manage resources related to patient care
Required Qualifications
Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree)
