Key Responsibilities
Transportation and support out in the community
Assist with daily living skills including meal preparation and household cleaning
Provide guidance on developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition
Support persons served with living skills such as personal hygiene
Work with a variety of needs including developmental, behavioral, and mental health supports
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Successful clearance of background checks
A reliable, responsible attitude
A compassionate approach and a commitment to quality
Preferred Qualifications
Documented 5 years of caregiving experience can be substituted for education
