Job Description

Join the Good Samaritan Society as a Certified Medication Assistant and make a difference in the lives of seniors by providing essential care and support in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications under supervision
Document resident care and medication administration
Assist with daily living activities and basic health care needs
Communicate changes in resident conditions to charge nurse

Required Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Certified Medication Aide/Assistant (CMA) certification
High school graduate or GED (preferred)
Minimum age of 18 (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
12 hours of continuing education annually
Valid driver's license and auto insurance (when applicable)
