MedAdventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a skilled nursing facility team in Quincy, MA. This role is an excellent opportunity to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver skilled PT treatments focused on strength, mobility, balance, and function
• Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, nursing staff, and physicians to optimize care
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
