Job Description

Join Quill as a Business Development Representative focusing on driving revenue growth in the Philadelphia area. This remote role combines strategic sales efforts with an emphasis on building relationships and exceeding targets while enjoying a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Create engaging presentations using marketing collateral
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Present custom pricing solutions to potential customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek ways to improve and apply coaching
  • Work well with others and build trust
  • Champion company values and services

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory, approximately 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
