Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in the classroom
Aid students in meeting their individualized education plan (IEP)
Maintain a conducive classroom environment
Work with individuals and/or small groups on assignments
Provide support for students in crisis
Support students on outings
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student experiences
Celebrate student achievements
Required Qualifications
60 credits, Associates Degree, or passing score on appropriate ADE assessment or ParaPro/Praxis Exam
