Job Description
Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Senior Plasma Center Technician/Phlebotomist, where you'll play a vital role in collecting life-changing plasma for medicines, while ensuring top-notch customer service and operational excellence. This part-time role offers meaningful work in a supportive environment focused on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist donors during the donation process
Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment
Monitor donors and manage donor reactions
Record donor vital signs and data in the Donor Information System
Coordinate donor flow and compensate donors using the Debit Card system
Support operational improvements within the center
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs
1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role
