Job Description
Join Bosch as a Sales Manager for Connected Fleet Solutions and Services, where you'll drive growth by developing software and service strategies, securing new partnerships, and engaging with customers. This role is key to expanding our market presence in the telematics sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new telematics and fleet partners
Develop and maintain relationships with partners
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
Conduct market research to identify new market segments
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Visit customers to understand their needs and gather feedback
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or acquisition management
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
In-depth understanding of telematics, mobility software services, SW sales, fleet management and market trends
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
