• Role: Registered Nurse

• Patient Population: All age groups (geriatric, adult, pediatric)
• Patient Ratio: 4:1
• Setting: High-paced, high-acuity rural ED
• Call: None
• Float: Not required

• License: Active RN license
• Experience: Minimum 1 year ER experience
• Certifications (Required):
  • BLS (CPR)
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • De-escalation training (Handle With Care or equivalent)

• Peripheral IV insertion
• Experience with Stroke, SEPSIS, STEMI protocols
• Strong clinical judgment in high-pressure environments

• Scrub Colors: Black, Navy, or Royal Blue
• Unacceptable Attire:
  • No vulgar/slang language on apparel
  • No sweatpants or activewear pants

• Orientation: Weekly on Mondays – traveler must meet compliance deadlines or will be pushed to the next session
