Job Description
Launch your career in education as a Behavior Technician in a school-based role, providing crucial support to K-12 special education students. You'll implement individualized plans to foster student growth and success, while gaining hands-on experience in diverse school settings.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in the classroom
Aid students in meeting their IEP
Maintain a conducive classroom environment
Work with individuals/small groups on activities
Provide support for students in crisis

Required Qualifications
60 credits or an Associate's Degree
Passing score on ADE assessment or ParaPro/Praxis Exam
