Job Description

Join Quill as a Sales Business Development Representative and drive new revenue growth in the Philadelphia area. Utilize your sales expertise to engage with prospective customers, build strategies for success, and contribute to a positive team culture within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and present solutions to customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain CRM records
  • Seek improvement through coaching
  • Positively impact company culture and team dynamics
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/ GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
  • Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
