This role is essential in ensuring that all fabricated parts meet our high-quality standards and customer specifications while supporting timely production goals. Your key responsibilities include:Ensuring fabricated parts meet company and customer quality standards.Leading daily production activities and ensuring deadlines are met.Supervising, training, and providing technical support to fabricators.Conducting inspections of welds, cuts, bends, and other fabrication elements.Working with department leads to follow production schedules and meet delivery goals.Collaborating with HR and supervisors for hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Enforcing safety standards and proper PPE usage.Managing attendance, tracking employee time, and overseeing vacation and disciplinary actions.Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment.Qualifications:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent industry experience.A minimum of 6 years in a fabrication, welding, or supervisory role within manufacturing.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong leadership, organizational, time management, and communication skills.Preferred Skills:Experience working with brake presses, saws, welders, and other metal fabrication tools.Knowledge of quality control practices in a production setting.Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods.Physical Demands:Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Work primarily in a shop environment, with occasional office tasks.Work Schedule:Full-time position with hours set by the department manager.Occasional mandatory overtime during high production periods.About Us:Warren, LLC has been a trusted name in truck equipment manufacturing since 1993.
