Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and integrate test systems for Raytheon products
Create test interface adapters and technical drawings
Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects
Resolve issues related to the development and implementation of test products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and five (5) years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Experience with electrical engineering design to include troubleshooting, analysis, and test
Experience with commonly used electrical engineering design and analysis tools
Experience with commonly used test equipment including oscilloscopes and DMMs
Experience using schematic capture tools and interpreting schematics
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Science degree in STEM
Technical leadership in a multidiscipline team environment
Experience designing, testing, and integrating digital and mixed signal systems
Experience with integrated development environments and debugging tools
Project management experience
Proficient technical writing and formal presentation experience
