Required Qualifications
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire if practicing in this state
1 year of Medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting or 1 year experience in acute care or community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work assignment
Obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position
Preferred Qualifications
Recent Home Health experience
Community mental health experience
Geriatric experience
ANCC Psychiatric for Mental Health RN work assignment experience
Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment
Point of Care experience
