As a Nursery RN, you’ll provide specialized care to newborns during the immediate post-delivery period and throughout their hospital stay. You’ll work closely with labor & delivery teams and pediatric providers to ensure safe, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate care.

✅ Requirements

• License: Active RN license (Virginia or compact)
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Nursery or Labor & Delivery
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Intermediate fetal monitoring or above, STABLE for nursery
• Skills: Newborn assessments, thermoregulation, feeding support, family education

• Required Education: Associate degree RN
