Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide to support K-12 special education students in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. You'll assist teachers, help students reach their potential, and make a meaningful difference in their educational experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher, OR passing score on Paraeducator Assessment, OR passing score on Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
