Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to bank clients
Field 40-60 inbound calls daily regarding banking products and services
Provide expertise on deposit accounts, online account management, and mobile banking
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an office environment
Ability to multi-task using multiple computing applications
Availability to work a set shift including weekends or evenings
Ability to work in the office 75% - 100% of the time
