Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to bank clients
  • Field 40-60 inbound calls daily regarding banking products and services
  • Provide expertise on deposit accounts, online account management, and mobile banking

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an office environment
  • Ability to multi-task using multiple computing applications
  • Availability to work a set shift including weekends or evenings
  • Ability to work in the office 75% - 100% of the time
