Key Responsibilities
Treats patients with therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation
Oversees and insures a comprehensive rehabilitation program
Promotes patient/caregiver self-determination
Coordinates and communicates with various disciplines involved in patient care
Coordinates discharge goals established at initial evaluation
Acts as a patient advocate
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree
Certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant
BLS Certification required at time of hire
