Job Description
Join Touchstone Communities as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, where you will lead strategic initiatives and support skilled nursing facilities across South Texas. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact through coaching, market analysis, and partnership with executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to local teams and executives
Coach and mentor on-site Directors of Admissions and business development teams
Conduct routine community visits across the region with weekly travel
Analyze regional market trends and identify growth opportunities
Contribute to quarterly business planning and marketing strategy development
Participate in system-wide sales initiatives and share best practices
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in census development
Referral relationship management
Team coaching
Previous experience as an Area or Regional Sales & Business Development Manager within long-term care, post-acute, or senior living
Must reside in the greater Rio Grande Valley or Corpus Christi, TX region
Able to travel throughout the assigned territory regularly
