Key Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments and procedures via telephone and in-person
Reschedule patient appointments using EMR and Scheduling System
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Assist with staff scheduling and manager as needed
Provide accurate scheduling information to hospital departments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Intermediate level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Ability to be cross trained
Ability to cover other offices if needed
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in medical front office position
Experience working with an electronic health record
Knowledge of OBGYN
Knowledge of medical terminology
