Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide and make a lasting impact on K–12 special education students. Support teachers and help students reach their full potential in a structured classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff with academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher, OR passing scores on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience working in a school setting with children with special needs
