Job Description

Join Quill, part of the Staples family, as a Territory Sales Executive and drive new revenue growth in the Philadelphia area. In this remote role, you will engage with customers, build strategies for sales success, and represent Quill at industry events, all while enjoying a supportive and inclusive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Create engaging presentations using marketing collateral
  • Attend conferences and events to win new customers
  • Present custom pricing solutions
  • Leverage education contracts for customer acquisition
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management
  • Meet and exceed quotas and key metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek constant improvement through coaching
  • Cultivate a positive team culture and lead by example

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory, approximately 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
