Key Responsibilities
Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations
Oversee station operations and staff in Manager's absence
Motivate and coach staff during shifts
Adhere to safety and security guidelines
Ensure compliance with wage & hour requirements
Support cash handling and accountability processes
Maintain cleanliness of food service equipment
Perform duties of Customer Service Representative as needed
Required Qualifications
Proficient in English for effective communication
Previous experience in retail, food service, or fuel environment
Experience operating cash registers and related equipment
Knowledge of sanitation and safety requirements
Ability to work various hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Professional handling of challenging situations
Ability to work independently and in teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High School graduate or equivalent
Minimum 21 years of age
