Requirements:

  • Active ARRT certification, Nuclear Medicine License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Must have a minimum 2 years of experience in SPECT within modality


About Your Role:   

Travel SPECT Nuclear Medicine Technologist
As a Travel SPECT Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging using Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) technology. Working alongside physicians and clinical teams, you will ensure precise imaging, patient safety, and effective care delivery across diverse healthcare settings.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals specific to SPECT imaging procedures.
  • Operate SPECT and hybrid imaging systems to acquire accurate, high-resolution images.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning throughout the imaging process.
  • Evaluate image quality and ensure completeness and clinical relevance.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to support accurate and timely diagnoses.
  • Adhere to radiation safety standards and maintain regulatory compliance at all times.
  • Perform routine quality assurance and preventive maintenance on SPECT imaging equipment.
