Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill adults with complex medical, surgical, neurological, and cardiac conditions.
• Manage and titrate cardiac/vasoactive drips, sedation, and emergency medications.
• Provide ventilator management, pronation therapy, and advanced respiratory support.
• Perform wound care, mass transfusion therapy, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
• Assist in advanced therapies such as intra-aortic balloon pump therapy, hypothermia therapy, and EKOS for DVT/PE.
• Document accurately using Epic EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience (Charge RN experience preferred).
• Patient Ratio Experience: 1:2.
• Charting: Epic required.
• Hospital Experience: Teaching hospital & Trauma Level I/II experience preferred.
• Travel Nursing Experience: Not required.

Certifications

• Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC
